- 1 cup plain Greek Yougurt
- 2 tablespoons of our fresh Ontario Honey
- 2 tablespoons of MyOlive Apricot White Balsamic, divided
- 2 peaches
- 1 tablespoon of MyOlive Lemon infused olive oil
Preheat a grill - charcoal or propane. Sadly, these are not the best if you try to grill in the oven.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Yogurt, honey and 1 TBSP of the balsamic. Set aside at room temperature
until ready to serve.
Wash and dry the peaches (leave the skin on); cut in half and remove pit.
Brush the cut side of the peaches with the olive oil and place cut side down on the grill. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes
until strong grill marks are on the peaches. Flip the peaches over and drizzle the remaining balsamic over the cut
surface of the peaches and grill for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Place each peach half on a plate and top with a dollop of Greek Yogurt mixture...
