4 large chicken breasts
1/4 cup of MyOlive Extra Virgin Olive oil (can also use our Savoury Butter Olive Oil)
1/3 cup of Honey (use our Ontario honey)
1/2 cup of Dijon Mustard
2 to 3 TBSP of Traditional Dark Balsamic (or Fig Dark Balsamic; Estillo Affinato)
1 clove of garlic (or more to taste)
2 TBSP of dried basil
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place chicken in a shallow dish (do not crowd)
In a saucepan bring all other ingredients to a boil
Remove from heat and pour over chicken
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes (baste once or twice).
Enjoy with some rice and steamed vegetables!
